There may be several reasons why TripCase emails are not be reaching your in-box. The most common issue is that your ISP or email server settings are blocking incoming emails as travel-related emails tend to be a frequent target of fraud or phishing.
Individual User Email Settings
On the individual user side - add the TripCase senders email address to your safe list and make sure that the email address is not blocked or designated as spam. Check your spam folder frequently to make sure the issue is resolved.
Organization Server Settings
Organizations with self-managed email servers should update their white-list to allow TripCase generated emails to reach users without hitting their spam folder. Updates to your organization white-lists may be required annually.
