Important: Traveling passengers should sign-up for a TripCase account and install/activate the TripCase app on their mobile device.
We use TripCase as our delivery system for itineraries and e-invoices, but it is also a major component of our Duty of Care program. During major international events, we employ TripCase to locate and alert travelers of critical level incidents that could impact them and their travel schedule. TripCase also provides real-time travel notifications of flight delays, cancellations, gate changes or other in-process travel notifications.
